You can serve by donating food, delivering donations from Southwood to the Food Pantry, stocking shelves or packing boxes at the Pantry, or delivering boxes from the Pantry to Southwood when we receive a request for food. Items needed for May are fruit, jelly, peanut butter, macaroni & cheese, crakcers, canned meals and personal care items. Need more details on how you can serve?
The Gathering Place (1448 E Street) serves a free evening meal to needy people each weekday evening. A team from Southwood serves the evening meal on the 2nd Monday and 3rd Thursday of each month.
Brighten someone's day with your kindness! Deliver meals provided by Tabitha to members of our community who cannot cook for themselves.
